چکیده

Vermicompost has been promoted as a viable substrate component owing to its physicochemical properties, nutrient richness, and status an excellent soil improver. It is considered the best organic fertilizer more eco-friendly than chemical fertilizers. Plant-growth-promoting microorganisms (PGPMs) are defined plant biofertilizers that improve nutritional efficiency—that is, they transform nutrients within substrates from inorganic forms, making them available for plants. The main objective of this research study evaluate effects application three PGPM microbial consortia on different mixtures based vermicompost (V) coconut fiber (CF) two horticultural crops. We performed yield analysis drainage tests determined enzymatic activity in crops, Cucumis melo L. Solanum lycopersicum A multivariate variance principal was conducted using types PGPMs factors. Differences (p < 0.05) yield, dehydrogenase activity, concentrations petiole sap, were observed at 30, 60, 75, 90 days after transplant. such Trichoderma sp. plant-growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) (40V + 60CF) can significantly plants use soilless container agriculture. Biofertilization with suitable together aqueous extracts (tea) vermicompost, solutions applied by fertigation, allowed us achieve adequate level production through environmentally friendly techniques. results obtained affirm it possible replace conventional fertilization no products ensure crop nutrition supplying macronutrients sources biofertilizers.
